We made it into Canada!!! You never know how those border patrol people are going to be,
but it went fairly well this time. No major incidents. We had to laugh at this sign as we were driving into Waterton.
Apparently it's a hot topic. Canadian tax dollars hard at work.
This is the Prince of Wales Hotel. It's really beautiful and very old fashioned. The staff (male and female) wear kilts and it's very formal. Maybe we'll stay here someday...it has an AMAZING view. This is what Wayne was looking at in this picture...(see below)
The pictures just don't do it justice. They never do when you're using a low-end digital camera to try and capture the beauty of nature. But we keep trying anyway. :)
Another humorous sign...we just had to take pictures of all these goofy warning signs everywhere! I like how it says, "When you see a deer, retreat immediately from the area." Maybe the park rangers hadn't noticed, but the area was completely OVERRUN with deer. There's nowhere else to go when you see one...they're EVERYWHERE!!
This is us freezing to death on a beautiful summer day in Canada. It was sunny and clear, but the wind was blowing so strongly we were freezing! We endured a quick picnic lunch by the lake and jumped back in the car, turning on the heater for the first time all summer! This is Waterton Lake.

Okay, we will agree to go on vacation with you guys to the hotel. I LOVE the deer sign, (haha) that's awesome!
Congratoulations Jenna! I hope you three will have a wonderful life together and us beehives miss you VERY VERY much since you left! You'll make a great mother! :-)
